Celebrating the People Who Bring Our Values to Life

Celebrating the People Who Bring Our Values to Life
At AMPED, our values aren't just words on a wall. They guide how we work, how we serve our clients, and how we show up for one another every day.
This year, during AMPED Camp, we proudly introduced our inaugural Core Values Awards—a new tradition designed to recognize team members who consistently demonstrate our five core values: Community, Accountability, Innovation, Enthusiasm, and Adaptability.
These awards are especially meaningful because they are driven by peer nominations. Team members were invited to recognize colleagues who have gone above and beyond, sharing real examples of the impact they've made on teammates, clients, and our organization. A cross-functional selection committee then reviewed the nominations using a consistent scoring rubric to select this year's recipients.
Congratulations to our 2026 Core Values Award recipients!
Community Award: Elizabeth Veserat
Elizabeth was recognized for building trust, collaboration, and connection across multiple client teams. As AMPED's first CSM Strategist for our APTA clients, she created structure, strengthened relationships, and helped teams navigate a complex planning process with confidence and clarity.
Accountability Award: Isabelle Boyer
Isabelle exemplifies ownership and follow-through. From coordinating hundreds of conference speakers to leading complex client initiatives, she consistently delivers exceptional results while earning the trust of clients, volunteers, and teammates alike.
Innovation Award: Shelby Knight
Shelby was recognized for turning great ideas into meaningful results. Whether redesigning sponsorship strategies or improving internal processes, she continually finds smarter ways of working that create lasting value for both our clients and our team.
Enthusiasm Award: Xena Zupan
Xena brings positivity, encouragement, and genuine care to every interaction. Her ability to build relationships, support teammates, and create an environment where people feel valued reflects the very best of AMPED's culture.
Adaptability Award: Keri Lore
Keri demonstrated remarkable flexibility and leadership while navigating significant changes to complex conference programming. Her calm, solutions-oriented approach helped both clients and teammates confidently adapt to changing priorities.
While only one recipient was selected in each category, the 40+ nominations themselves were a powerful reminder of the incredible people who make AMPED what it is. We were inspired by the stories shared, the appreciation expressed by teammates, and the many ways our values come to life every day.
Congratulations to this year's recipients! We can't wait to continue this tradition for years to come.
