Public Policy & Research

AMPED staff specializes in developing and implementing public policy programs that inform and support our Client Partners' interests. We have years of experience with:

  • Policy committee organization and support, including extensive research that strengthens an organization’s policy and advocacy efforts.
  • Monitoring proposed policies that are important to our Client Partners'.
  • Leading fly-in events that highlight the work and goals of our Client Partners'.
Staff perspective: In 2021, when ‘sustainability’ started to surface as a buzz word, two leaders of the Association of Equipment Management Professionals asked if and how we should support our members in understanding what sustainability might mean to the industry. Three years and one task force later, we are getting ready to host our 2nd Annual Sustainability Summit where we will define, debate and educate each other on how an entire industry will embrace change and support its people, bottom lines and the planet.
