A Focus on Association Member Engagement

We see our team and yours as one and the same; your members are our members. We guarantee they’ll feel that sincerity in every interaction.

The AMPED Approach

We understand that members need to be regularly reminded of benefits to create a lasting relationship and engagement with their organization. Not all members consume information in the same way, so we craft our renewal processes to include at least seven “touches,” including email, direct mail, social media outreach, and phone calls.

  • We develop intuitive onboarding documents and “how to” guides for new members, promoting more mobile-friendly, and less corporate-feeling engagement. Our personal touch always shines through.
  • When it comes to databases, our skilled and adaptable staff are experienced with a variety of association management systems (AMS) and confident in our ability to manage, communicate with, and recruit members
  • Not happy with your database? We’re experienced in RFP process management for AMS applications and have helped a variety of our clients migrate to new systems that better meet their needs.
Staff Perspective: I love that we get the opportunity to work with multiple clients and across different mediums/programs. The variety keeps things fresh and informs other processes and facets of our work, across the board.

Does This Sound Like Your Association?

AMPED manages associations from all sectors with these key attributes:
  • Professional and trade associations, as well as foundations (Internal Revenue Code 501(c)(3), 501(c)4, 501(c)(6) status)
  • Regional, national, or international reach
  • Operating budgets between $500,000 and $13 million
  • Members eager to take advantage of new technology
  • Leaders who want to lead, rather than manage, and see opportunities for growth
  • Mutual respect, trust, and partnership between volunteers and staff
